In this paper, the Joule-Thomson expansion of higher dimensional nonlinearly AdS black hole with power Maxwell invariant source is investigated. The results show coefficient has a zero point and divergent point, which are coincide inversion temperature $T_i$ Hawking temperature, respectively. increases monotonously pressure. For high-pressure region, decreases dimensionality $D$ nonlinearity parameter $s$, whereas it charge $Q$. However, for low-pressure region increase while ratio ${\eta _{\rm{BH}}}$ between minimum critical does not depend on $Q$, recovers Reissner-N\"{o}rdstrom case when $s=1$. $s>1$, becomes smaller as approaches constant $D\rightarrow\infty$. Finally, we found that mass $M$ or reduce $Q$ can enhance isenthalpic curve, effect $s$ curve much greater than other parameters.
